Week 1- Begin!
So FYP has began! My first task it to decide on my idea. I've been thinking about this since third year began, and although I'm pretty set on my plan, it's still important to explore other ideas. I dabbled with the idea of sculpting a DND creature. And with creating some animal crossing-esque characets. But I still stuck with my initial idea. I'm planning to concept and sculpt two characters, a stand user and stand from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. I decided this would be an ideal project, as I aspire to be a character artists, working with unique styles and the JJBA style is certainly iconic. I then created an initial collection of moldboards, looking at existing 3D models of JJBA characters. As well as collating images of the styles from the varying medias that exist.
